FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know before you ship your first deploy.

Do I need to manage any infrastructure?

No. LaunchPad provisions and scales the build runners, edge nodes, and databases for you. You connect a repo and push code — there are no servers to patch, no clusters to size, and no load balancers to configure.

Which frameworks and languages are supported?

Anything that builds to a container or static output. We auto-detect Next.js, Astro, SvelteKit, Remix, Django, Rails, Go, and dozens more, and you can always supply your own Dockerfile for full control.

How does billing work as I scale?

Plans are priced per developer and include a generous bandwidth and compute allowance. Beyond that you pay metered, usage-based rates with no egress penalty. You can set spend caps and budget alerts so there are never surprises on your invoice.

Is my data secure and compliant?

Yes. We’re SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and offer SAML SSO, SCIM, audit-log exports, and data-residency controls on Enterprise. Our subprocessors and security posture are published on our trust page.

Can I roll back a bad deploy?

Instantly. Every deploy is immutable and kept around, so rolling back is a single click (or one CLI command) and takes effect in seconds with zero downtime — no rebuild required.

What does support look like?

Hobby plans get our docs and active community forum. Pro adds priority email support with fast response targets, and Enterprise includes a named support engineer, a private Slack channel, and an uptime SLA.
